Tortoise food?

I have a hermann and have had a lot of trouble with her diet she wouldn't eat anything so, as a last resort, i tried her on these tortoise pellets and she loved them but still eats hardly anything else. Can anyone recommend a really good hermann diet?

Of broad-based Leafs weeds such as plantain and dandelion leaves. Chicory and mulberry leaves are also good. You might want to try soaking the pellets in water then mush it with chopped up the weeds. mixing it together and offering it that way then slowly back off the pellets
