tortoise help (stuff on his nose)

hello, today I came home and my tort had buggers coming out of its nose. Does this mean its sick? If so what should I do ? I don't want him feeling sick or getting worse

You're right to be worried. A nasal discharge is not a normal occurrance. Is he still eating?

What kind of tortoise? Describe his enclosure?
