(california) desert torts do, i don't know about texas or florida torts.
Yes, they do. I have heard some people say that the Florida box turtle doesn't hibernate, however, I have two males that I hatched from eggs about 15 years ago and they have hibernated every winter in all that time. Reason I mentioned that is because I don't know if the gopher tortoise hibernates, but if the box turtles do, the tortoises probably do too. Why do you ask?
