I'm working on expanding Ghost's house. Here's a very rough draft of the floor plan. It's essentially adding another 42 sq ft, a soaking tub, and a deck/ramp in the front. I'm open to any and all suggestions!!!

Amazing how extreme the temperatures get in Southern Ohio/Cincinnati. The wife and I love watching the tennis tournament there, but the thought of actually attending is terrifying and we live in Virginia so no strangers to heat and humidity.
Hey Tim, that pretty much looks like the inside of my Sulcata shed...I used platform insulation under the floor...what did you use?
4" R13 insulation.
Finally got the painting done. Next comes the trim.
