looks nice! could have used the under part of top story for bottom too would have gave more room

You could cut a hole in the back wall of the first floor and then add sides and bottom then you'll have a hide that will allow him to really feel hidden.

You will also need a side door that allows you cleaning and inspection access. Just don't tell him there's a door there.
