Tortoise not growing

I have a Greek tortoise who is almost three years old. I got her when she was only a few months old, and she has barely grown since then (she is about two inches in length). Should I be worried?? I've been feeding her a variety of weeds and she has been living outside and getting plenty of sunlight and UV, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

What area do you live in and how is the seasonal weather? I would suggest cuttlebone and some supplements.

In order to have a better idea of growth issues you should weigh and photograph your tort every two weeks.

How often was this tortoise soaked in its first few days and weeks? Was it on a dry or damp substrate?
