Tortoise only eats dandelion flowers

My tortoise will not eat anything else other than dandelions. Is there anything I can do about it?

Do not feed dandelion. If he then won't eat at all then you have to trick him.
You trick him by chopping up the dandelions and the other foods you want him to eat, about half and half and spritz with water. As he eats this, then you do less dandelions and more the other stuff. Keep decreasing the dandelions. Do this slowly as torts do everything slow. Eventually he should start eating the other stuff with no dandelions at all. Then I would not feed him dandelions unless you hide it in his food so he can't do this again.
