Tortoise pudding

Hey I am looking for some help!
I really would like to make a tortoise pudding for my hermann tortoise but I can not find any recipes and have no idea where to start.

Anyone have any recipes and would be able to tell me what to do?

Do you know where I can get some blueberry Calcium from I'm in the UK can't seem to see any in reptile shops. Can it be found online?

I notice this is a liquid calcium forgive me if it's obvious but how do you give it to the tortoise? Do the drink it? Or do you drip it on there food?

On the food, but be cautious of how much you use...calcium is bitter, so if you put to much they will turn their nose to the food....and I would not do it every feeding...
