Tortoise quacking like sound

Hi guys,
My horsefield is about a year or so old and seems to make some sort of quacking noise when he is soaking.
I read some things that this could be an issue, should I be concerned?

I’ve been watching him a while and seems to be doing it when he’s not soaking either!
Just not very often.
