Hello, I would like to know what the best diet for my male Russian tortoise. He is only around 8 years old and I recently rescued him. I would like for the suggestions to be easily accessible from say the grocery store.

Best diet is natural weeds etc
If you need to do grocery greens, do as wide a variety as possible. Arugula, escarole, endive, riddichio, dandelion, cactus pads, spring mix with most of the spinach removed, romaine. Small amounts of kale, mustard and collard greens.
Then, go to KapidoloFarms.com and get some of the weedy dried food toppers to put on the greens several times a week. This will make the grocery greens a much more rounded diet.
