hiya, my tortoise has a few very small bits of red on the underside of his shell and im worried if its causing harm or any concern to the tortoise(should be visible in the picture although not the best quality)

For now, put some over the counter antibiotic cream on it and keep an eye on it. Looks like he might have just gotten poked by something.

What are your temperatures like? Ie basking?(directly under the bulb) overall day temp? Night temp?
What kind of lighting/heating are you using? Packaging photos are good!
What kind of indoor uv if any?
How’s your humidity? What are you using for substrate?
