Tracker with parameter alarm

I am making plans to build my guy an outdoor enclosure. He lives inside but in summer I know he’d love to spend more time outside than I am able to sit and watch him like a Hawk lol. I already know ALL about making it secure, I’ve been researching like crazy. But, I love him to pieces and am paranoid about him somehow getting out, getting stolen etc. however unlikely it would be.

I’m envisioning a small tracker like a Tile not so much to track him with gps should he escape, but one that will set off an alarm/alert on my phone the minute he crosses the parameters of the enclosure. I’ve googled but can’t find a single one that has this feature! Anyone have any ideas?!

What species do you have?
It's not really that hard to make a secure enclosure.
Once its made, daily quick inspection to be sure nothing made an escape hole, will relieve your worry.
At night you either lock him up in a night box or bring him inside.
I know of nothing that would send an alarm. Anything they would have would likely be for dogs and wearing a collar
