is it possible to train your tortoises. to do anything. do they like toys. like a ball. or something else.

Well, I haven't "trained" mine as such, but she recognises her name, my voice (she doesnt respond to any other voice), and she will only poop in the bath so her enclosure stays clean. But no training has been done. I've heard some will push bright balls around with their noses however. Most just tend to like to eat, and sleep in the sun, and climb over/under things. Milly (my tort) loves climbing over and under a giant log for example. She'll also move it if its in her way - this seems to keep her entertained for half an hour or so...
