Try keeping up with this "HERD" [ as Mark would say ]!

And I.D. them as well............

2007 was a good year for hatchlings. If someone would care to try to count them.. have fun.

In case anyone was wondering? I have been known to hatch a few redfoot tortoises in the past. And I don't think I lost any of them! ( this pool was only used to take their pic in.. individual enclosures were used to keep track of the 'months' they hatched in. And there were others that were in the "nursery" or hadn't begun to eat on a regular basis yet. Not to mention the eggs in the incubator. )

How many were there? [ be sure to clic-pic again after opening 'full view' ]

Do you have any help? How do you have time to do anything else?

TerryO once you get them "set-up" it doesn't take any longer to care for 5 than it does 85.

They only required 4-5 [ 16" X 30" ] tubs. The ambient temps/humidity is maintained in the building they are in. Of course it has to be 'efficient' because you can't stay in those conditions very long!!!.. in and out.

Once a week for over-all maintenance.. for a couple hours.. is all it takes.
