Trying to Get My Lighting In Order...

I recently purchased a fluorescent strip fixture for my work-in-progress tortoise table and I was wondering if I made an appropriate decision for a Hermann's Tortoise. The Zilla fixture I bought is a 30" strip light with a T8 fluorescent bulb. It says it is a Tropical 25 UVB. I'm not entirely sure what that means. Is that its strength? Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Okay, great! Thank you very much. Rest assured I will also be taking my future Hermann's tortoise outside in good weather for some all-natural UVB rays. I intend for this fixture to be more supplemental, especially during the winter.
