Few things to give you a heads up on, this guy looks to be an adult on the photos? A breeder tank is far too small an enclosure for them.
I can see you’re using a coil uv bulb, these aren’t recommended and can actually be quite dangerous, they cause uv hot spots and can hurt your tortoises eyes.
This thread is titled for Russians and hermans, but care is very similar, I think you’ll hopefully find it useful, I cover correct equipment/bulbs, sizing, correct levels, appropriately maintaining humidity, there’s lots of visual examples for everything and a good diet link
