Turtle Age?

I have had a eastern mud turtle for almost a year now and she has been only 3 inches long the whole time. How can I tell her age and if she is full grown or not?

By what I'm seeing I would GUESS that this turtle is 3 yrs old. Still young. Still growing. At 3" that would also be about right.

Cute!!!! Very similar to my Mississippi mud turtle!!!
I think their faces have the most adorable expression!
