Underside of redfoot tortoise

I have two red foot tortoises and I just got back from college and when I went to wash them they had white marks on the underside and some of it was coming away. If you have any idea what it could be I would greatly appreciate your input.

It's Shell fungus. Get some cheap athletes foot cream and apply it to the area for a few days. It should clear it up.
