Unflipping correctly???

I was just curious because I heard somewhere that if you turn a turtle back over you have to be careful because you can twist an intestine so I was just curious as to how to know which way to turn it back over and obviously slowly or is it quickly? Or maybe it's not that important but I thought I should ask... somebody would have to know the answer to this

I know you're right it's hard not to worry sometimes though especially when you're not sure it just really scares me when I find her like that and hopefully at the rate she's been fattening up but it won't be an issue much longer
