Unsure if shellrot or just pyramiding.

I have this cute red-eared slider for about 1 year. She's very active and comes running for food whenever she sees me. I assume that she's hungry so I tend to overfeed it with pellets and now her shell is pyramiding. I live at this place where there's no outdoor wet or dry area for my tortoise to run about because we live in a city. I keep her in relatively small container enough for her to walk about and it's constantly filled with water but I wash it frequently to prevent algae from forming. There's also not many vets that cares for tortoises here so I came to this forum to see if anyone could help me. I usually research online to keep my tortoise in check because there's not vets in my area but I'm very unsure of its current condition. My tortoise started having white stuff on her shell about 1 week ago and I scrubbed it away with a mini toothbrush but the lines on her shell can't be removed. I'm worried it's shell rot. (( help please!

Does she have a ramp to get out of the water and bask under a UVB light? It looks like shell rot or a fungus to me. They need to get out of the water, a lot. I'm not sure what you should do, my have to dry dock her for a while, but let one of the more experience turtle members explain more what needs to be done. Also, how small of an aquarium? And how long/big is she? Too little of space is not good for a long time healthy turtle.

As @wellington said the space seems too small. Please be aware that turtles need more space & are amazing swimmers. I'd recommend feeding less protein now since he's pyramided (you can still feed him but it should be less)... Good luck

Oh no I don't have a ramp because its tank is really more of a container.Here's a pic to show how big the container in contrast to her size. No UVB light as well because I thought the sunlight that gets into our house is sufficient.

Erm... I'm not really sure of the estimation sorry.. ._.

Yes thank you! May I know what kind of food should give her? Is the amount of veges equivalent to the amount of pellets I give her? I feel that she lacks the calcium that she needs.

Oh, no, way too small, needs to bask and warm up to around 95 degrees to properly digest food and to dry out, and UVB will not go through glass, small woven screen, plexiglass, etc. I would get her out of the water now and let her sit in a larger container with half in the sun half in the shade and keep an eye on her to not over heat. If you do this a couple times a day, it will help her to heal faster. But you still need to get a larger water container so she can swim, build muscle and dive under water. She needs a place to get out of the water to dry dock herself under the UVB basking light and she will either need a filter on this or you will have to clean daily which a filter I do believe is a better and healthier way to go. Hopefully there will be a good care sheet someone post for you.

Okay I'll try to get the tank as soon as possible. I got it out of water already so it'll be sleeping in a dry area for today and I'll be checking the nearby pet shop for a tank and ramp. Do I have to apply any medication on its shell or should I just let it heal naturally?
