Urgent help needed! (water turned red)

Are you providing any sort of UVB lighting or any natural sunlight?
The shell doesn't look right at all.

Well brought the tortoise to the vet a few days ago and the vet says it is most likely a urinary bladder infection and gave him a baytril jab. Been feeding him eurofloxin injected liver as medication. Hope the turtle with recover soon. Thanks all for the concern and help, appreciate it a lot.

The vet said something about the sunlight too, been trying to give them direct sunlight for at least 30 mins everyday.
