Is it normal for the eye of a radiated tortoise to be watery? It is also blinking allot.
PLease help, THanks

What kind of light are you using? How are you keeping him? Give him a warm soak if there is some thing in his eye it might flush out.

i have UVB and a heat lamp thats it, its eating Brussels sprouts.

it doesn't have a runny nose, but the eyes are quite moist compared to the leopard tortoise, the humidity is currently 23% and 35 Celsius

This is exactly why we tried to explain to you that leopard tortoises and radiated tortoises need to be set up in their own individual habitats and not kept together. You will start to see little things going wrong with each of them. They require different care and different habitats.

What kind of light are you using? What substrate? Is it moist or dry? Brussels sprouts is not something I would be feeding to my tortoises. Get them some dark, leafy greens.

Are you using one of those coil type florescent UV lights? Those can permanently blind them. The manufacturers claim to have "fixed" that problem, but who really knows for sure. I wouldn't risk it.
