URGENT (squeaking noise)

My Russian tortoise keeps squeaking he doesn’t have any other signs of a respiratory infection what is this! It sounds like a bird chirping. I have also recently made his enclosure more moist as I thought it may be due to dryness

When he makes this squeaking noise is he "playing" with his toys, a rock, a shoe?

Do you think the sound is from his breathing?

Could his nares be plugged?

On occasion my Greek tort will make a little whistle noise/ squeak noise when he’s sniffing about or excited about something. We’ve had him checked for RI and increased his humidity. However, over the years I’ve realised it’s just something he does now and then and tend not to worry if he is otherwise ok. That’s just my experience but it might help provide a little insight ?
