Very Odd but REALLY cute!

AH HAH! She's been trained by the Dogs! LOL Mildred inspired me to put a ceramic little turtle in my hatchlings habitat. They aren't interested in it, but my Grandson squealed with delight over the decoration. I think I may give one to them for their Sulcata Hatchlings. I have few that might be appropriate and cute in their habitat.

whats funny is that my RF Jerry Lee had the exact same one in his enclosure-but he avoided it so much I took it out. I got them at Wal Mart for 1.00 a piece-which was more than worth it for the entertainment value alone. I did notice she also "cuddles" her cuttlebone in her bed along with her bff.

So I just walked by Tiny's domain and found him trying to take his tortoise block into his burrow.



The really funny thing was when he got "caught" he slid back into his burrow like he was a kid on a slide.

Actually, I think she's attacking it as if it were an intruder.

LOL I am glad its not just mine, although I think its just the sweetest thing ever. I have never found a turtle to be so "dog like" in it's behavior-she is a little clown

this is what I had thought too. It just so happened that it was pushed into the hide.
