Greetings,

Our family would like to adopt a tortoise, we are not too picky on the type of tortoise.

We can provide
1. A forever home, we own our home and are not going anywhere

2. Plenty of outdoor space, we have a few acres and back up the the south end of Pisgah National forest

3. Decent amount of indoor space , 24 x 13 room that is heated/cooled for the colder months

4. Mild climate in Mills River NC so they can have outdoor access most of the year with heated den if needed

5. We have a relationship with a vet that is passionate about herps

Thanks for looking
Will

WELCOME:D. Have you checked out craigslist. In areas around me there are always quite a few. Good luck with your search. Post pics when you find one

Missy, you comment about potato chips is as accurate as it is hilarious!

The forum is full of excellent breeders who could surely provide a healthy tort for your loving home!

Hello! I have a Sulcata I need to find a great home for. If you are interested in hearing more please pm me and I can give you more specifics or my number so you can call and we talk about her. I am about 6 hours from you, but I could most likely meet you half way if you were to adopt her. :)

Hello :)

Before you adopt, give Tom's Beginner Mistakes thread a good read. It has lots of useful information.

Then start a thread in the introductions area so people can get to know you. The keepers on here are more likely to offer to people they know :)

Hi, I have 2 young adults Ornate box turtles, that are for adoption. They are 3" in size and will grow up to 6 ". Looks like it is female and male, but I am not sure. There is no adoption fee, but there is shipping fee. Dorothy
