I live in north sandiego county and a im looking for a good place to go find weeds so i can get seeds and possibly grow my own. Or where i can order some cheaply. I usually always fine dandelion and plantain to feed my russian tortoise but i dont really find much else anyone local that can suggest something?

Tortoise supply has tortoise specific seeds. They seem expensive until you begin to plant the seeds. They grow a LOT of food!
There is a weed ID thread in the diet section. You will have to learn to ID your local weeds.
Alternatively, take some samples of what you find locally to a nursery and ask them for ID help.
You can also post individual pics of your local weeds and we can help you ID them. There should be a lot of good ones in your area.
