Weeping Mulberry

I have a weeping mulberry that never produces berries and a maple tree are either of these safe? Plus pictured is another weed I don't know about.

But is weeping mulberry the same as those huge mulberry trees you have in the states?

I would not offer the maple...I have seen that weed before but can not help you out on the name....

Some weeping mulberry plants are fruitless by design. I have both types and the tortoises devour the leaves.
