weird reddish bump on her butt

My tortoise is going to lay eggs but her butt got two reddish bumps, anyone one what are those things? what shall I do and will she be fine?

This may be a prolapse as she is going to lay eggs, but I have no experience to tell for sure. I hope @Yvonne G @Tom or @wellington can help.

She's straining too hard, which caused the prolapse. Maybe the eggs are too large for the canal. Is there any chance you can find a vet who knows about tortoises and dystocia? Oxytocin may help.
