What is this sound mean? A hiccup? Mating?

So, I read that turtle does hiccups too. But I'm not sure if this is it or is this a very bad sign.

This has been happening lately, I was wondering if this is a voice made when she's thirsty because most of the time she's basking when this happens. I don't think this is a mating call- especially since she's only 11 months old.

Also. Does anyone knows what "cat hissing noise" while sharply entering the shell (like when a turtle is scared- but the movement wasn't because of a scare) means?

Are there other turtles in the enclosure with her? Is she the same one with the possible fungal infection?

No. But it's ok. I found out what it is. Vet says it's Respiratory problem. However the lung doesn't seem to be the only problem here
