Usually I feed my adult hermanns romaine cucumber, kale, and turnip greens as a staple, and he roams in the backyard and grazes on grasses and weeds daily as well, but winter is Coming and I don't know what to do without weeds, what can I store in my fridge to feed as a staple? Thanks.

OMG, that dirty word of Winter. Ours is finally gone after a long haul. Hope yours isn't as bad.
Some people have dried weeds to feed during the winter months. Also, you can order seeds and plant inside for winter feeding.

What I do is when I mow the yard I put the clippings in a paper bag ( the clippings about 2 inches deap in the bag) and put them in the freezer they freeze but they dry out as well but it's easy to mix them with winter store veggys

Where on earth are you that winter is coming? I like to get my tortoises used to the taste of Mazuri Tortoise Diet. That way I'll always have something to feed them if I can't find a more natural food for them.
