What type of box turtle is this ?

It's not. Looks like a musk turtle.

Not a box turtle nor a mud turtle. I can't remember if the South American ornate turtles have a hinge. Let's ask @Markw84

Ive never seen an aquatic turtle with a bilobed plastron which makes me believe its some sort of box turtle

Definitely mud turtle. They have a hinged plastron.
