I am moving Stella and Ruby from their 21 gallon home to a new 60 gallon home outside. I would appreciate some recommendations for a nice wireless temperature monitor. I need two of them so i can monitor the warm and cool sides while they are out back and I'm in my house.

AcuRite is a good brand. Not sure if they come with more than one remote sensor per wireless thermometer. However, you could move the sensor to the warm side one day, the cool side the next.
When I have more than one thermometer with remote sensors, even different brands, I have had some trouble with both thermometers switching over and picking up one sensor.
I think Oregon Scientific makes a thermometer that can handle up to three sensors, but I don't have one of these yet.

Exoterra make good remote probed sensor thermometers. They also make hydro-thermometers which measure humidity too. I use two, one for cool end, one for hot end
