When does a hatchlings shell harden?

I was wondering if anyone knew when a hatchling's shell hardens?

I feel like my almost 3 month Greek hatchlings shell is still soft. Not mushy soft but softer than my juvenile leopard tortoise's.

On day 392 the shell will harden up.


Just kidding. This is a gradual process as they grow. The bigger they get, the more rigid the shell gets.
