I have two kinds of hibuscus. The seeds of one are round. And the seeds of the other is kinda weird shape with...Fluff? Connected to the seed all around the edges. Which one is...the best?

My neighbor has both and they are growing great for her.

If you mean for nutrition I doubt there is much difference, if any. It's the same plant, just jiggered with for different colors.
