Who am I?

Hello everyone! I’m new here and a complete newby when it comes to tortoises! I’m trying to soak up as much as I can and I think this place will be incredible for that! ?

I was sent a picture of a tortoise but I have no idea about the species. Is it possible to identify it from a photograph? If so, could you help me out? Here it is:

It looks like a baby sulcata to me, but I'm not too good at identification.

Very wise.
Most of them that get sold as cute little babies wind up with owners completely unable to properly provide for them as an adult.
