Worms?

I was wondering if there were any signs that I should look out for that would tell me if my tort has worms. I have come to the conclusion that she is wild-caught, there isn't a reptile vet close to where I live so I am planning a trip soon, in the meantime I was going to try and monitor her behavior. Thanks!

Loss of weight, drinking a lot, runny stool. Lots of times large parasite loads can be seen in the stool. They will look like little worms or spaghetti noodles just smaller. You can soak your tortoise and get a fresh stool sample and have a vets office do a fecal sample for you. I'd suggest doing this more than once if test turns negative, sometimes they have parasites but aren't shedding them at that present time. What species is your tortoise?

she is a Russian Tortoise, I'm not certain of her age, I've only had her for about 5 months and I'm still figuring out the whole "tortoise mom" thing lol
