Wrinkled shell?

I've had my Russian tortoise for a year or so and he's had moments of extreme activeness then times where he's been inactive.. Eats then goes back to sleep. He gets a bath weekly but I've noticed wrinkles on his shell? Is this normal?[/php]

Those look like growth rings that haven't worn smooth. Nothing to worry about in my opinion. The tort has grown like that not developed them suddenly surely?

I agree. The only wrinkles I see are the growth lines that are completely normal and healthy.

Looks like a normal, wild-caught Russian tortoise.
