Yard inspection required (so no adoptions outside Central Valley)
Tortoise was found about a month ago in Fresno. The "finders" were going to keep the tortoise until they did some research and discovered how big sulcatas get. They took him to a local pet shop, who called me. Pictures were taken before soak and clean-up.
