I'm kinda freaking out he's been making weirs noises all day..I just walked in turned off his beat lamp..he wasn't under it, he came out of his hole and there up ..omg I didn't think that could happen it came out his mouth and nose

Does Zeus have wheezing? He may be reacting to mucus buildup. When there's too much of it and they have a RI, this is how they get rid of it. Also, if he's not been sick lately and doesn't have a respitory problem, it could just be something he ate that didn't agree with him. Sometimes, torts will vomit for no apparent reason; then they're fine. Keep an eye on him and don't let him get overheated. Keep an ear open for any wheezing. Keep us posted. It can be very upsetting to hear that noise they make. I know, I've been through it before. In my case, my tort had a bad RI and I had to go to the vet. But, if he's otherwise fine, relax. He'll be fine so long as he doesn't continue this all day and all night.

Well I've noticed he makes a different sound for each if his body parts ...but no wheezing...I'm going to go with something he ate..my husband just informed me his mother was sweeping stuff today near the plants where he roams...I just investigated with my flash light and I see some of my 3yr olds home made play dough....can you say head slapper kinda moment ...yea I did that and said oooh maaan ..SO tomorrow me and her will be talking and I will find out what's in that dough!

After he got sick I sprayed his shell with water, left his heat lamp on, he had fresh water already, I gave him some spring mix and a few small pieces of peach, he gobbled it all up and followed me around for awhile and then put him self to sleep. so I'm hoping he is ok
