Awhile ago I had purchased both of the Zoo Med Natural foods available, Forest and Desert. I bought the latter in anticipation of picking up one of those tortoises, but never did.

I was wondering if it would be okay to feed my redfoot(s) with both of these foods (maybe a mix of both at a time)?

BTW - I bought both of these in bulk, so if anyone local (NYC) who was wondering about this food, I would be willing to share some so you can try it out first w/o purchasing. My redfoot loves the forest type.

Hi tangale! I have a sulcata and honestly can't help with the diet. But the goods news is by me replying to your post will keep it on top of the list. I'm sure someone will come by and give you some advice!

I'm not a big fan of that food, but I fed out the free sample I was given. Your plan sounds fine as long as they are getting other things as well. Variety is good. The zoo med diet is an okay way to add some variety once in a while.
