Is this shell rot?

Hi my I believe my Russian tort may have shell rot, is this shell rot? I applied anti fungal cream and beta done today just to be safe.ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1471816632.167826.jpg

It might be, but then again it just might be a slight scrape from a rough object. At any rate, treating with the topicals you used won't cause any harm.

Ok she seems fine exept she decided to sleep in a different area then usual, she does not like me touching her because of how shy or like scared of me she is but its getting better!

Is there a hard/gritty surface that could've scraped against the plastron? Dry substrate really minimizes the risk so I'd just keep putting athlete's foot cream on it until you're sure it's not rot (for peace of mind).

Ok and there is a hard area like her eating plate and stuff
