Hi everyone!! I have a plant to be identified! Yay!

Location: Massachusetts, USA
Weather: Final snow melted about two weeks ago, been about 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit here since.

Not quite sure what in the world these are. Any suggestions appreciated:)

Wild violet, I am prettu sure. In a few weeks youll know for sure because they will bloom!

might be "garlic mustard" - if so, you will smell the pungent scent when you break a leaf. Nothing eats it.

Yes, looks like garlic mustard. My torts like the young leaves.

I went out to look at them today, and they seem to have sprouted little... things? Don't know if this can clear anything up.ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1492715481.897020.jpg

The things are near the top.

It's garlic mustard and those "things" are buds. :D

My torts woudn't eat it anymore. But give it a try, tastes differ.
