You can keep the CHEs on day and night as they provide heat without light, but turn the MVB off at night.
Thanks so much. Should I put a Uvb on it aswellI'm not an artist, but I sketched the PVC light hanger for you. Show it to your dad and ask if he can make it for you. It's quite easy and not expensive. I didn't have room to show three light fixtures, but I think that's what you need for that size enclosure. I'd put a 100 watt CHE at either end and the MVB in the middle.

I cant see any of the imagesHey CandyCreeper
Just to give you an idea, below you can see our “Family Room” and our “Master Bedroom” and then our Sullys indoor night box.
You definitely want to get your temps boosted in your Sully’s room so he feels at home.

I’m also guessing that you turn that light off at night and basically have no night time heat inside your box for your Sully?

No. There are feeding suggestions on those links we provided for you - the threads that are pinned at the top of the sulcata section. Carrots, radishes, celery and cucumber should not be fed. While here I wanna know if this is a good diet for him.
Carrots, radishes, celery, cucumber, and moistened pellets ( I know his diet should be mostly grasses but its winter . And the maintenance people half soaked everything in bleach )
I've had him his entire life ( he was a few months old. Still a hatchling) and the corner hes in in the picture is where I move him cause it's the heat side, hes usually by the window where its coldestHow long have you had him?
If the corner he keeps going to is where he's at in picture, it appears to be the only one with some heat, but I suppose not enough.
Yes hes very small for his ageThis is a link to a insulated box design from the forum. I built mine for outside and it maintains 85-90 all the time. My opening is 36x14.

also isnt he WAY small for his age? and this is the heater I use https://www.lowes.com/pd/PELONIS-1500-Watt-Ceramic-Tower-Electric-Space-Heater/1000579299.
Do the soak as well.
Welcome. Please don’t get discouraged by your age or lack of funds. Nothing has to be fancy or expensive. Hardware stores are cheaper than pet stores and have the same things. You might just have to think a little more and be creative! Read and try your best to follow the advice on this forum. We all just want to help you and your sully. He looks nice btw. I have a desert tortoise so can only offer you moral support as I know only what I read on this forum about those gentle giants! . Again, Welcome.Uhhh I dont have those temps. I just know its 150w bulb, the nights get very cold ( house has awful insulation) and yes they're heat rocks. I've heard of them burning reptiles but I thought since hes mostly shell and thick skin hed be fine ( I'm 16 I cant afford nice things )
I got a small heat mat but is it ok to stick it on top of the wood with hay over it or does that prove a potential fire hazard
