From what I’ve read (I’m no expert and I’m sure someone else will be able to help and put you in the right direction) if your tort has bubbles out of its nose and making an odd noise then it MAY be an respiratory infection. This is usually easy for them to sort out and pretty inexpensive if found early. I’m sure some people with more experience can help you! I hope your tort is okay☺
I haven’t seen any bubbles yet and he breaths hard sometimes like we do when we sleep..but the noise I hear is a chirp more than anything like his mouth or beak!

Yes around his face is dry but occasionally his yes look a little went when he opens them! Originally it looked like he was affected by the dirt he had which I threw out immediately!!

I see 2 things going on here. 1. You are a bit neurotic and 2. you need to relax
Nowadaze most tortoises are healthy and captive bred. If you have your tortoise set up as recommended by hermanniChris you will have a healthy animal for years. It takes a lot to make tortoises sick, and when they do get sick they really look and act sick, no doubt.
So a bubble or a squeak isn't anything. Stop worrying him and start enjoying him.

Why don't you make a thread with photos of your little tortoise like some of us do. Let us get to know you and your tortoise, and if you communicate and make friends here, it's a great thing for you and your tortoise
