I'm new here so I hope I'm not stepping out of line, but I'm looking for three adult Russian tortoise, a male and two females. I live in Tennessee and I've searched relentlessly for a tortoise species that can handle our climate. It was between the hermans and Russian and I went with the Russian. I mostly keep aquatic turtles, but I've been doing extensive research and joined the form to attain knowledge from people who are more experienced than me.I live on 2 1/2 acres and I love building naturalistic enclosures for my turtles. Hopefully someone is willing to rehome a group.

Hi, I'm looking to rehome my 3 Russian tortoises (two male & one female). I'm also new to this site as well. Unfortunately, I bought these tortoises from Petco when I was in middle school with very little knowledge of the pet trade. I've had them for over 10 years and I'm now a 22yr old premed student, so I don't have nearly as much time to take care of them now. I'm just looking to give them a better home and I won't charge anything for them either. I know you're looking for one male and two females, however, If this interests you, I can send some pictures of them.

I'm interested, I would have to separate the males for now.You can send emails to me at [email protected]. Would you mind giving me two weeks to build them an enclosure? And would you be willing to ship them with ship yourreptiles.com? I've heard great things about the site from people on the form who say they go in depth as to how to ship.

That sounds great and I don't mind waiting two weeks for the enclosure. Also, I'm willing to ship. I'll send you an email to keep in contact as well as some pictures of them.
