Hey all, I currently have 3 THH eggs in the incubator and my second female is looking to lay soon. Should I just put the eggs into the running incubator or somehow gradually get them to the incubating temperature?

For my species that do not need a diapause, I have always just dug them up and pooped them right into a heated incubator. This has always yielded good results and high hatch rates for me for both temperate and tropical species. Thanks a lot, I've read that (and other guides) a few times.
