Hey all, I currently have 3 THH eggs in the incubator and my second female is looking to lay soon. Should I just put the eggs into the running incubator or somehow gradually get them to the incubating temperature?

You can pop them right in.

Here are more tips for incubating and hatchling. Don't use perlite!

Thanks a lot, I've read that (and other guides) a few times. I use vermiculite, I just wasn't sure about the possible "temperature shock" for the eggs.

For my species that do not need a diapause, I have always just dug them up and pooped them right into a heated incubator. This has always yielded good results and high hatch rates for me for both temperate and tropical species.

I asked this just in time... Just picked up 3 more eggs from the second female and put them straight into the incubator.
