White patch on my sulcata tortoise.

Eats well and growth is steady just dont now how these patches got here. Was hoping if anyone know what these could be?

Yea, it does. Is there anything I can do for those spots?

Nothing can repair the Damage the thing to do now is try to figure out how he was hurt and prevent it from happening again. Was he hurt that you know of? What lights are you using? Could you post pictures of the enclosure?

Is this tortoise housed indoors or out? Are you using heat lamps? CHEs?

Was the part that came off 'flaky' in any way. Is it only affecting between the scutes? If it's limited to specific parts I'd think possibly some sort of fungus.
