Dear Lyn,

Do you know what Jeff and Mark are talking about? Infact does anyone else what they're talking about? 🤣

Natrah
I understood Jeff perfectly. The more things we have the dustier they get. When you finally need to use one of them you can't find it. So you buy another and then you find it later. So you move it somewhere safe and promptly forget where both of them are. Things suck. As far as crypto goes I think 🤔? Mark is correct 😁 but since I don't and can't waste money (I have little darling animals that have needs).. I'm not buying a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow 🌈

Happy Easter all!

I won't look at my accounts stuff until the markets have 3 good days in a row....Kerry gets nervous about that stuff, I don't.

I almost stepped on this guy yesterday when we went out...he was huge for a water snake...over 36"

I had to sort another eye test for tomorrow and I want to try and understand why the opticians asked "if I wanted my current prescription in my frames"?!!!! Anyway I had text yesterday saying that they are 'excited' to see me on Tuesday!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Natrah
Are you taking them cakes Natrah? Maybe that's why they are excited 😃

I hate it when people say that they are 'excited' to see me - that's a lot of pressure😱.
I always worry I'm going to be such a disappointment.

What's wrong with a good old 'looking forward to seeing you'?

Another pet hate of mine is when people say something is 'so fun'.
So much fun ✔️
Such fun ✔️
So funny ✔️
So fun ❌- not grammatically correct - fun is a noun not an adjective!!!

Better get my teacher's hat off now 👩‍🎓

"They" are only excited to gain access to funds either directly or indirectly through your visit! That said, congrats on the new glass.....many of us peer through microscratches and tell ourselves that "we need to get new ones" for years!

Got some good news last night. My ex is retiring on May 1st....yay, she made it! They are selling their home and moving to Delaware. I teased her because the map said she's going to be 49 miles away, under to prerequisite 50. But she will be an hour and 1 minute away...1 minute more than the required 1 hour....so I told her she was good to go. LOL

The men- birds here have it good. I've watched as the females mob the males...the poor North American Flicker couldn't get any rest yesterday...the male Robbins are getting mobbed this morning. I've never seen females so aggressive!

You should have seen them in some of the nightclubs I used to go to! 😄

I haven't said anything about this but I've been wanting to share what happened to me last Tuesday for days. Every day seemed like the wrong day. Especially Sunday. So I have to warn you first to not freak out. I lived. I still have an eyeball so I'm blessed as I can be. I don't have to have facial reconstruction or surgery on my knee cap. I fell. I had a stupid clutzy accident and it looks way worse than how it feels. I've had 1 tramadol on the first day and only Tylenol here and there to help with swelling. They keep trying to pawn off oxycodone on me with paperwork on how not to get addicted 😁 that would be hard to do unless you will take it. It's ridiculous. I'm not really in enough pain to take Tylenol let alone anything else. So here we go IMG_20250417_080840621_HDR.jpg

The most painful part is I broke Sapphire's soaking water bowl and can't drive to buy it him a new one. He still has his drinking water dish though. I can't believe I'm not in pain but I'm not. I have multiple broken bones in my cheekbone and a small fracture in my knee cap. I'm walking on it with a stabilizer. The worst part was being in Grant hospital overnight!!!!! I couldn't wait to escape.

I wondered where you were Cathie, I'm so sorry that's happened to you. As well as the physical injuries it must have really shaken you up. I really hope you make a speedy recovery and get plenty of rest, don't try to do too much, too soon let the family help you.
I'm sure Sapphire will be ok for a while until you, Joe or one of your family can pick up another soaking bowl. I use a cheap cat litter tray for Lola.
Take care Cathie ❤️

Lyn, I must drive you crazy with my grammar and sentence structure.
When I was a chairman of UAW Local 5960. I had to write a chairman's report every month for the local union news letter. Thankfully I had a secretary that took what I wrote and put the letter in proper form. She made me look very good. 🤣
