Anyone know what this plant is? Would it be safe to leave in a tortoise outdoor encloser?

Reminds me of purslane, not sure though hope someone verifies if I'm true or not

That is a jade plant - edible. (crassula ovata) It is not purslane, which is high in oxalates and shouldn't be fed very often.

It's ok if I were you if leave it to grow for a while (so you will have a supply... It's up to you

I don't have any of those
It's completely edible and good to feed a lot of, as it has good nutrient levels.
