Their is a food called agivert for tortoises and has 12.5% protein? I have a Greek, can it be a monthly food mixed with greens?
ThanksMost any tortoise safe food is okay as part of a varied diet.
That we can't answer, sorry.ThanksI was worried I might give her too much protein... Now the question remains: will she eat it?
I'll post it later ok?Greeks don't really have much of protein intake. Even flora(plant) protein. They do have very large calcium, phosphorus and iron requirements though. Shouldn't be an issue. Could we see the ingredient list perhaps?
It would take some 6 months to start feeding mulberry and cactus pads (I will have to wait because they'll be store bought), supermarkets don't have the vegetables I'm looking for (I found bok choy thoughIt probably won't hurt. That is not too much protein for a once-in-a-while food, but why? Why not just feed good green stuff instead?
